Flap pushrods

In order to attach the flaps to the actuator, an opening for the flap pushrod must be cut in the fuselage skin.

The hole ends up having a very distinct shape, which is the result of an iterative process of grinding.

Gradually moving the actuator to a position just before the pushrod touches the skin whitout damaging the pushrod is almost impossible. We used a spare pushrod.

Almost fully extended.

The left hole as seen from the side. Unfortunately the dremel slightly bent a lid of the outside skin outward.
